GoForth Zaika
Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 August 2026
We are a biryani kitchen, not a data business. We ask for the few things we need to cook your order and bring it to your door, we keep them on our own server, and we do not sell them to anybody. This page says exactly what those things are.
Who we are
GoForth Zaika, a takeaway and delivery kitchen at Milkh Village, SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab. FSSAI Licence No. 22126677000787. You can reach us on 99150-02853, by call or WhatsApp, between 12 PM and 10 PM daily. That number is also how you reach us about anything on this page.
What we collect when you order
Only what appears in the checkout form, plus what your browser tells us about where to deliver:
- Your name — so the rider can ask for you.
- Your phone number — we call every order to confirm it before we start cooking.
- Your delivery address, and a landmark if you add one.
- Any note you write for the kitchen.
- Your location — the coordinates your browser gives us, both when you order and, while the confirmation screen is open, as an updated pin for the rider. See the next two sections.
- The order itself — the dishes, sizes, quantities, prices, delivery fee and total.
- A payment reference, if you pay online — the id Razorpay gives the payment, so we can match it to your order. Never your card or account details.
- Your IP address and the time you ordered — kept to stop automated and prank orders.
Why the site asks for your location
You cannot place an order online without sharing it, and we would rather explain that than leave you guessing. The delivery charge depends on how far you are from the kitchen, and there is no honest way to work that out from a typed address — Milkh and the villages around it have very few named streets. So when you tap the button, your browser asks your permission and hands us a pair of coordinates.
We use them for exactly three things:
- to measure the distance from our kitchen to you, and price the delivery from it;
- to check you are inside the 5 km we deliver to, so we do not accept an order we cannot bring;
- to give the rider a map pin, which in this area is worth more than a written address.
If you would rather not share it at all, that is completely fine — call us on 99150-02853 and we will take the order by phone, which is how most of our orders come in anyway.
Keeping the rider updated after you order
Once your order is placed, the confirmation screen keeps sending us your location so the rider has an up-to-date pin to drive to. It only happens while that screen is open on your phone. There is a line on the screen telling you it is happening, with a Stop sharing link beside it, and it stops on its own when you close the screen, switch to another app, or after 45 minutes — whichever comes first.
The site cannot follow you around and does not run in the background. A web page is given no permission to do that; only an installed app could, and we do not have one. We never see where you are once that screen is closed, and the kitchen's screen shows the age of every pin so nobody mistakes an old reading for a current one. If you never shared a location in the first place, none of this happens and you are not asked again.
What we do not collect
- No email address. The site never asks for one.
- No account, no password. There is nothing to sign up for.
- No cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers, no social media pixels. There is no Google Analytics on this site and no Facebook pixel. Nobody is watching you read this.
- No card or bank details, ever. If you pay online you do it inside Razorpay's own window and your own banking app; we never see your card number, UPI PIN or password, and we will never ask for them.
The one thing the site stores on your own device is your shopping cart, so that
your order survives an accidental refresh. It sits in your browser under the name
zaika.cart, it never reaches us until you actually place the order, and clearing
your browser data removes it.
Who else sees your details
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we never will. It is seen by:
- Our own kitchen staff and the rider, to cook and deliver the order.
- Our hosting provider, Hostinger, whose servers this site and its database run on. They hold the data on our behalf and do not use it for anything else.
- Razorpay, and your own bank or payment app, if you choose to pay online. Razorpay processes the payment for us; we are told the order was paid and given a reference, and nothing else about your card or account.
Beyond that, we would only ever hand something over if the law required it of us.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts and our tax filings, and then we delete them. If you want your details removed sooner, ask us — see Your rights below. We may keep a bare record of an order (the amount and the date, with no personal details attached) where accounting rules require it.
How we look after it
- The whole site runs over HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted on its way to us.
- The order database is not reachable from the internet — no web address leads to it.
- The screen our staff use to see orders is behind a password.
- Our passwords and keys are stored outside the public part of the server, where no web address can reach them.
No system is perfect, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise. If something ever does go wrong, we will tell the people affected.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Call or WhatsApp 99150-02853 and tell us the phone number you ordered with, so we can find the order. We will not charge you for it and we will not make it difficult.
If you are not happy with how we have handled a request, tell us first on that same number — it is a small kitchen and it is usually something we can put right the same day.
Children
This site is meant for adults ordering food. We do not knowingly collect anything about children, and we ask that under-18s order through a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and change the date at the top. The version you are reading is the one that applies today.
