GoForth Zaika
Terms & Conditions
Last updated 31 August 2026
These are the terms you agree to when you order from us. We have tried to write them the way we would explain them to you on the phone, because a page nobody can read protects nobody.
Who you are ordering from
GoForth Zaika, a takeaway and delivery kitchen at Milkh Village, SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab. FSSAI Licence No. 22126677000787. Call or WhatsApp 99150-02853. In this page, "we" and "us" mean GoForth Zaika, and "you" means the person placing the order.
Ordering
- Orders can be placed on this site in two slots only, every day: lunch, 12 PM to 3 PM, and dinner, 6 PM to 9:30 PM. 9:30 PM is the last order of the day — outside these slots the site will not accept an order. Please call us if you need to arrange something outside those hours.
- Placing an order on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. We call you back on the number you give us to confirm the order and the address before the kitchen starts cooking. The order is confirmed at that call.
- If we cannot reach you on that number, we will not cook the order.
- We may decline an order — if an item has run out, if the address turns out to be outside our area, or if we simply cannot cook it in time. If that happens and you have already paid, you get the full amount back.
- Everything is cooked to order, so please allow us reasonable time. Biryani cannot be hurried and we would rather send it right than send it fast.
Prices and GST
- All prices are in Indian Rupees.
- The price you see is the price you pay. GST at 5% is already included in every menu price — it is not added on at the end. Your bill shows how much of the total was tax, so you can see it, but it changes nothing about what you hand over.
- Any discount or launch offer runs between the dates we advertise and ends by itself. Prices go back to normal afterwards, and the price charged is the one showing when you order.
- We may change menu prices at any time. A change never affects an order already placed.
Delivery area and charges
- Free delivery within 3 km of our kitchen on orders of ₹130 or more (the food total).
- Orders under ₹130 pay ₹10 per kilometre from our kitchen, charged per kilometre started — so 2 km is ₹20.
- ₹10 per kilometre beyond 3 km on any order, charged per kilometre started — so 3.2 km and 4 km both cost ₹10. We round this way on purpose: it is a cash business and the rider has to make change at your door at night.
- We do not deliver beyond 5 km. If you are outside that, the site will tell you and give you our number — sometimes we can still work something out by phone.
- The exact charge is shown to you before you place the order, never after.
How we measure the distance, plainly: we take the straight-line distance from our kitchen to the location your browser gives us, and add a bit to account for the fact that roads do not run straight. It is a fair estimate, not an odometer reading, so it may differ a little from what a maps app tells you. If you think a charge is wrong, call us — we would rather sort it out than argue about a rupee.
You need to share your location to order online
Because the delivery charge depends on distance, the site cannot accept an online order without your location. If your browser refuses, or the location it gives is too vague to price, the site will stop and hand you our phone number instead of guessing. That is deliberate — a guess would mean charging somebody the wrong amount, or promising a delivery we cannot make. Ordering by phone is always available and always fine. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to the coordinates.
Payment
- Cash on delivery — pay the rider at your door.
- Pay online — UPI, card or netbanking, through Razorpay.
Paying online opens Razorpay's payment window, not ours. The amount is filled in from your order, so there is nothing for you to type. Your card and UPI details are entered inside that window and go to Razorpay and your bank — they never reach us and we never store them.
Your order is saved before the payment window opens. If you close it, or a payment fails, the order is still there — you can try again or switch to cash on delivery, and you are not charged twice.
We will never ask you for your UPI PIN, an OTP, a card number or a password, on the phone or anywhere else. If anybody claiming to be us asks you for one, it is not us — put the phone down and call 99150-02853.
Cancellations and refunds
- Before you confirm on the call — cancel free of charge. We ring every order to confirm it before we cook, so tell us on that call and there is nothing to pay.
- Once you confirm the order on that call, it cannot be cancelled. We start cooking straight away, and the food is made fresh for you and cannot be sold to anyone else.
- If something is wrong — the wrong dish or a missing item — call us the same day, ideally while the rider is still with you. We will replace it or refund it. We would much rather hear about it than lose you as a customer.
- Where a refund is due on an online payment, it goes back to the card or account you paid from, normally within 5 to 7 working days.
- If nobody is at the address, the phone is unreachable, or the order is refused at the door, we cannot refund a cash-on-delivery order — the food has been cooked and travelled.
Bulk and party orders
We cater for up to 100 people with at least one day's notice. Bulk orders are not placed through the cart on this site — quantity, date and price all have to be agreed with the kitchen first, so please call or WhatsApp 99150-02853. Anything we quote for a bulk order is what applies to it, not the prices on this page.
Food, allergies and how it is cooked
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are marked with the standard green and brown dots. Please look for them before you order.
- Everything is cooked in one kitchen that handles chicken, dairy, wheat, nuts and whole spices. We keep veg and non-veg preparation as separate as we can, but we cannot guarantee any dish is free of traces of any of those.
- If you have a food allergy, please tell us on the phone before you order, not in the notes box. We will tell you honestly whether we can cook safely for you.
- Photographs on this site show our own food, but the dish on your plate is cooked fresh and will not look identical to a photograph.
- Please eat it soon after it arrives. We cannot be responsible for food left standing.
Getting your details right
Please make sure your phone number and address are correct before you place the order. If we cannot find you or cannot reach you, the delivery may fail and, for cash orders, we cannot refund food that has already been cooked and carried to you.
Using this site properly
Please do not place fake or prank orders, try to interfere with the site or its ordering system, or use it in any way that breaks the law. We keep a record of the IP address an order came from, and we limit how many orders can be placed from one connection, so that a handful of prank orders cannot stop a real customer getting fed.
What we are responsible for
We take responsibility for the food we cook and for delivering it to you in good condition, and nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that applies to you. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any one order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We cannot promise the website will never be down, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control — weather, traffic, a power cut, a strike, or a failure at a bank or payment app. We will always tell you if your order is affected.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it, so the date at the top is the one that matters.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Talk to us first
If something has gone wrong, please call or WhatsApp 99150-02853 between 12 PM and 10 PM. We are a small kitchen in Milkh village, the same people cook and answer the phone, and almost everything gets sorted out in one conversation.
